Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refund any order in the case of a clear mistake. Your order is confirmed once payment is captured and you receive a confirmation email.

Shipping

We ship across the United States. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days from dispatch (1–3 with Express). Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

Product use

orvaya™ Instant Dye Shampoo is a cosmetic hair color product for external use only. Always perform a patch test 48 hours before use, follow the instructions supplied, avoid contact with eyes, and keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies as described in our refund policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, orvaya™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Nothing here excludes rights under applicable US consumer protection legislation.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
